Let's talk about home staging for a minute...
We've been in the real estate world for a number of years now, and in that time, we've noticed some trends when it comes to staging--it's rigid, it's expensive, and it's a bit exclusive. We're not knocking any of the staging companies out there, they do a great job, the pricing and policies are the way they are for a reason, but that can mean staging is not available to everyone. We decided to to fix that.
Here's what we came up with:
All Stages Will Be Light Stages
-We'll focus on hitting the main highlight rooms like the living room, dining room, primary bedroom, office, and then lightly dress them up with decor items. Bringing in a design team for a consult and preview isn't always necessary. Some room dimensions and a couple pictures should cover it. Now, if you have a seven figure property, maybe a traditional staging company is better, let's just be honest.
We Believe In Sustainability
-Nearly all of our furniture has been sourced as secondhand items. The idea of filling a huge warehouse with brand new (and overpriced) items seems wasteful, especially when vintage/retro items have so much soul. We love early to mid century styling, whether it be genuine or repros, it's about the vibe.
Two Week Lead Times
-Because we source everything secondhand, we require a two week lead time in order to grab all of the items. We may even ask your opinion if we've found multiple options, so you can be included in the final product, if you want to be.
Terms Should Be Flexible
-We not only offer monthly terms, but also bi-weekly. The best value is full month, but if you only need or want two weeks, we'll make it happen.
À La Carte Items
-We would love to do a full stage for you, but if you don't need a full stage, we offer à la carte options as well. Dining room table/chairs, sofas, accent chairs, beds, desk/chairs are all up for grabs. We offer monthly or bi-weekly terms on these items too.
Make It Affordable
-Along with everything already listed, we also don't charge any consult fees. Because we're able to bring the cost down to a reasonable number, we ask for up-front payment. This simplifies the payment process and saves us time chasing checks. Pay with check, Venmo, or Zelle, whichever works best for you.
Add Some Convenience
-Real estate listing photos and stylized editorial photos (great for social media) services are available to complement your stage, so you have a nice one-stop shop.
